My life will be complete and I will be ready to leave this Earth for the next place, when I can feel that I have concretely contributed to the development of Africa and the improvement of our living conditions as Africans including the reversing of the spread of HIV, improved care AIDS, better futures for children who have lost their mothers or fathers or both to AIDS, reducing poverty through access to education and creation of employment and self-employment schemes. When I was working with UNDP, I learned about the concepts and tools for Integral Transformation and for Leadership Development. For me, I think "this" is the missing link we have been looking for in development, and I hope everyONE as an organization can be a catalyst for change.
